My husband and I, having been invited to attend a family celebration at this deluxe hotel which involved dining à la carte and staying overnight, approached the event with a little trepidation, as being somewhat out of our comfort zone. But we needn’t have worried. Yes, it was a five-star experience but we were immediately made to feel welcome, the food was wonderful, the room and surroundings beautiful. This is a hotel where service and attention to detail clearly means something, and is worth paying a little more for. Highly recommended for a special treat!

Thank both of you to Ms Monica and Mr Dorian for your services to us. We did not have any booking. We came to reception directly. Ms Monica made our booking easily. Even though we booked at the last minute, everything was handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude, genuine care, and thoughtful suggestions really stood out. Breakfast service was amazing. Mr Dorain was kind and helpful. This hotel was well organised. I and my wife felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily choose this hotel again.

Truly exceptional; the best accessible hotel I’ve ever stayed in Ness Walk exceeded every expectation. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived - warm, thoughtful and genuinely caring. Huge thanks to Hannah and Euan at the bar for fantastic personalised drink recommendations, and to Bella on reception for her kindness and professionalism. Breakfast was excellent, and staff were always happy to help with anything I couldn’t access - never making it feel like a burden. As a wheelchair user, the accessible room genuinely blew me away. Everything was designed with real understanding: a low-down shower head, easy-to-reach toiletries, disability alarms on both sides of the bed and in the bathroom, and even items like the iron and hairdryer placed low for easy access. This goes far beyond the usual “accessible” standard. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt truly cared for - like part of the hotel family. I will absolutely be coming back.

An absolute treat to stay here. Super welcome, complete attention to detail in every aspect of service. The rooms are both spacious and luxurious, comfortable beds and relaxing easy chairs to read, chat, chill! Breakfast and pre concert meal - marvellous! The setting on the banks of the River Ness is picturesque and located a couple of minutes from Eden Court and about 10 minutes to Inverness Castle.

A warm welcome by Steve & Bella and the great service continued. Lovely spacious rooms, well appointed. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well as a whisky in the bar one evening. Great location to explore, just a few minutes walk to the centre by the beautiful river Ness. Big thank you. Would return.

5/5 — Exceptional Stay at Ness Walk ⭐ I stayed one night at Ness Walk with my husband, and everything was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the beautifully appointed room, every detail reflected luxury and comfort. The property is peaceful, elegant, and perfectly located by the river. Service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, and the entire experience felt five-plus–star. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

So happy we stayed at Ness Walk. The room was perfect, the location was excellent (just a short walk by the river to the town centre), breakfast was great but the highlight of the hotel is its staff. Warm, friendly, welcoming professionals, always ready to assist and chat a bit (or a lot if you're like us). Shout out to Chabor, Grace, Julia, Monica, Mark, Aaron everyone else at the reception whose name we didn't catch and all the wonderful breakfast staff. Probably wouldn't return to the Torrish restaurant, but would definitely return to this beautiful hotel and recommend it to everyone visiting the Highlands.

We had the most exceptional stay at Ness Walk, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and incredibly personal. A very special mention must go to Steve, the concierge, who was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him — whether it was organising activities, arranging transport, or simply offering friendly, thoughtful advice. His genuine interest in making our stay perfect made such a difference. We also want to highlight Scott and Uan in the bar, who brought so much character and warmth to our evenings. Their knowledge, humour, and attention to detail created such a welcoming atmosphere. The cocktails were superb, and their recommendations were spot-on every time. They made each visit to the bar feel like a real treat. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, peaceful, and immaculate — but it’s the exceptional team that truly sets Ness Walk apart. Their hospitality turned a lovely stay into something genuinely memorable. We can’t recommend Ness Walk highly enough and can’t wait to return. The Girls from Bristol
